For each day in which you walk and register 10,000 steps, you will be credited CHF 0.40. Activity trackers from FITBIT®, Garmin® and Jawbone® are all compatible with myStep.
Automatic synchronisation
As soon as you have completed your registration with myStep and your device has been activated, your step data will be synchronised automatically every night.

You can check your step data and the credits you have earned at any time under myStep on the myCSS client login portal.
Opt out any time
myStep is a meaningful contribution to maintaining your health. However, you can opt out at any time. After opting out, no further step data will be transmitted to myCSS.
